University Course Scheduler (Adrian Tinsley Program for Undergraduate Research and Creative Scholarship) Present – May 2026

Architected a rigorous constraint satisfaction engine within the Django ORM to evaluate and enforce
scheduling logic in real-time.
Enforced PostgreSQL ACID compliance at the database layer to maintain strict data integrity and
eliminate room and professor double-booking.
Automated institutional resource management by dynamically validating classroom capacity
allocation and strict faculty credit limits.
Engineered a normalized relational database schema utilizing parameterized queries to protect
institutional data against SQL injection and type coercion.
Streamlined administrative workflows by automating faculty profile generation and configuring
dynamic email dispatch for course confirmations and overload alerts.

Virtual Home Lab December 2024 – January 2025

Designed and implemented a virtual environment using VMware and Proxmox to simulate enterprise-grade
security systems.
Configured and tested firewalls (pfSense) and intrusion detection systems (Snort & Wazuh) in a
controlled environment.
Implemented segmented networks to test and validate zero-trust principles and access control frameworks.
Utilized the lab as a sandbox for applying theoretical security concepts to practical scenarios.
